Lead a $160M portfolio that will manage approx. 26-30 Club - Lounges across the United States and will have responsibility for maintaining and developing client relationships, operational execution, and business planning. Retain all current business, develop strong teams, and optimize profitability to help grow the business. Role requires frequent travel to the lounge locations.

Focus on culinary excellence, innovation, and the experience to support operational excellence, partnering with key stakeholders to promote Sodexo standards, expectations and enhance user (partner) experience. Drive culinary innovation, excellence and quality standards. Coaches to meet expectations of hospitality that is friendly and engaging. Manages and mentors toward business goals, ensuring maturation and training of our team.

Develop, drive, and execute business strategy by providing financial support, influence, and leadership. You'll be responsible for supporting the segment’s portfolio, handling general accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting, and systems. You will also provide oversight and direction to Unit Finance.
