Customer Experience Advocate

Provide customer care and level 1 tech support via phone, email, and chat, assisting client's customers with technical and service issues. Agents must possess strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and patient nature with a natural conversational style. Advocates need to regularly work at least one weekend shift per week.
