Responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into the company's systems. Involves inputting and updating data into the company's database, verifying accuracy of data entered, and ensuring data integrity and security. Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies and meet deadlines for data input tasks.

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support over the phone. Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to customers. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
