Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support over the phone in a remote setting. Daily tasks involve answering incoming phone calls to assist customers, troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions. Customer interactions and resolutions are carefully documented in the system. Complex issues are escalated to appropriate team members for further assistance. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction is paramount. We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is key. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5, or flexible if working hours are completed.
