Own the analytical engine behind Trust & Will's growth; work across product, marketing, and revenue to understand what’s driving conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Define the questions worth asking, build the models that answer them, run experiments to test the hypotheses, and guide the roadmap based on what the data shows.
Partner closely with the Director of Data Engineering, product managers, and growth leadership and you'll have direct access to senior stakeholders.
