Seeking an innovative Product Manager for Student Experience to reimagine how learners engage with Udacity’s programs, from the first click through program completion. In this role, you’ll own the learner journey across our platform, shaping features that maximize engagement, retention, and successful outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of content, AI, and product design to build experiences that feel intuitive, motivating, and deeply human—even when scaled globally.

As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core applications and services that drive our user experience. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions. You will also have the opportunity to explore and integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI, to create more personalized and adaptive learning experiences.

This role offers a mix of project management and partnership/client management. You will develop, manage, track, and ensure success of Societal Impact Programs. Ensuring career outcomes are achieved, tracked, and communicated across government programs is critical and knowledge about the tech job market and demanded skills is required. You will manage existing partnerships and coordinate with Udacity’s various sub-teams to ensure stellar partner success and incredible student outcomes.
