- Provide accurate, real-time consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during phone sessions between English and Spanish speaking parties.
- Translate written documents and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
- Interpret in a neutral, professional, and trauma-informed manner, conveying tone and cultural context accurately.
