  • Monitor real-time health, uptime, and telemetry across Verse's battery fleet, tracking SLA targets and tuning alerting logic.
  • Serve as first-line technical support during West Coast hours, triaging Sev 1-4 issues and resolving what's within scope.
  • Onboard new sites during commissioning, validate configurations, and escalate to engineering with complete handoff packages.
