Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time health, uptime, and telemetry across Verse's battery fleet, tracking SLA targets and tuning alerting logic.
- Serve as the first point of contact during the daytime support window, triaging Sev 1-4 issues and resolving or escalating with complete handoff.
- Onboard new sites, validate configurations, and coordinate with customer NOC during migrations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years in technical support, NOC, field service, or IT operations.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and ability to interpret logs/telemetry.
- Highly organized, independent, and genuinely interested in energy and battery storage.
