Your Impact at ClickUp:
- You will own the full ML lifecycle for ranking and retrieval, from training through deployment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Train, deploy, and serve ranking models in production.
- Build ranker features, training pipelines, and offline evaluation frameworks.
- Design and scale hybrid retrieval combining lexical and vector search.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of ML engineering experience.
- Proven full ML lifecycle ownership including training, deployment, and serving.
- Experience with hybrid retrieval systems and large-scale embedding inference.
