Associate, Development Operations

Play a key role in executing the day-to-day fundraising operations that power our mission. This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and reconciliation of all gifts and donor data within our donor database. Additionally, this individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, is driven by precision, and enjoys enabling others to do their best work. With strong attention-to-detail and a customer service mindset, this role enables fundraisers to focus on securing gifts by ensuring data integrity and seamless gift processing. Process all incoming gifts, issue receipts, and maintain donor records.
