Job Description
Be on the front lines of innovation, traveling to client sites across the country to install, configure, and deploy cutting-edge robotics systems. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems, along with a passion for robotics and automation technologies. Key responsibilities include traveling to client locations to install, test, and deploy robotic systems, performing mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration of robotic components.
Furthermore configure software and hardware settings to ensure optimal system performance, conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical issues. The candidate will collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure successful deployments, train end-users and client staff on system operation and basic maintenance, and document installation procedures, configurations, and client feedback. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the US (potential Canada and Mexico).
