About the Role:
- Build and support AI-powered systems for high-stakes safety and threat investigations.
- Work with investigators and engineers to improve platform reliability.
What You'll Do:
- Design, test, and maintain backend services and AI-assisted applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve observability.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, async processing, and incident response.
Additional Information:
- 1-year contract, full-time, remote.
- Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000.
