What You'll Do:
- Lead technical onboarding for enterprise accounts and help customers move from pilot to production.
- Build voice agents and design integrations with customer systems using Retell APIs and webhooks.
- Troubleshoot live deployments and escalate issues to Engineering with reproducible cases.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2-8 years of experience in technical roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging distributed systems.
- Clear communication and comfort working directly with customers during launches and incidents.
Details:
- Full-time 1099 contractor position with remote work and overlap with Pacific Time hours.
- Compensation: $6,000-$7,500 USD per month based on experience.
