Utilization Review RN US Customer Success – Support / Part-time / Remote

Role Overview:

• Remote, part-time RN position reviewing medical necessity and utilization for a healthcare partner.
• Shifts are scheduled around a 7-day coverage window with flexible options of 20 or 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medical necessity reviews and utilization management for inpatient and observation stays.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, payers, and revenue cycle professionals to minimize denials.
• Maintain accurate records, support quality initiatives, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field and current unrestricted RN license required.
• Three years of acute care nursing experience and utilization review expertise preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annualized salary range of $63,100–$94,650, with differentials for evening and weekend hours.
