Founding Product Manager

As the Founding Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our core platform. You will be the voice of the customer, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with eye doctors to deeply understand their needs and translate them into a product roadmap that delivers immense value. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate directly with engineering, design, and leadership to build the future of eye care technology in a fast-paced startup environment. You will define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals. Talk directly with customers to understand their goals, gather feedback, and identify key pain points and opportunities. Translate user needs into clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for the engineering team. Collaborate with a passionate, fun, and supportive team of engineers and designers to ship innovative features. You should also define, analyze, and monitor key product metrics to measure success and inform future product decisions. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring smooth execution and successful market adoption and keep multiple projects organized and on track with strong time management skills.
