Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong supplier relations and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Develop subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, and teaming agreements, ensuring flow-downs and negotiating terms.
- Team with finance to facilitate invoicing and payment, and work closely with Program Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 3+ years; US citizenship required.
- 3 years demonstrated strength managing teammates on a large, fast-paced program.
- Experience with FFP, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement subcontract types and FAR/DFARS.
