Role Overview:
- This is a fully remote clinical role focused on supporting virtual cardiac rehabilitation and chronic care management.
- You will work closely with patients and care managers to ensure high-quality, proactive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review RPM vitals dashboard daily and act on abnormal readings.
- Log CCM time in eCW for billable care coordination activities.
- Moderate virtual cardiac exercise classes and document attendance.
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) with 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks is required.
- Knowledge of CCM and RPM programs preferred.
