Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison to USI, Travelers, medical providers, and internal Legal, ensuring coordinated communication and consistent case handling.
  • Provide oversight and coordination for the WC claims process, including gathering documentation and monitoring medical status updates.
  • Maintain and update WC and safety SOPs and best practices, ensuring consistent processes across divisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field (required).
  • Minimum five (5) years of Workers’ Compensation experience in multi-state operations (required).
  • Strong understanding of WC regulations, OSHA standards, and compliance.

Skills:

  • Independently manage complex tasks and projects.
  • Analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
  • Present ideas in a compelling and structured format to diverse audiences.
