Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison to USI, Travelers, medical providers, and internal Legal, ensuring coordinated communication and consistent case handling.
- Provide oversight and coordination for the WC claims process, including gathering documentation and monitoring medical status updates.
- Maintain and update WC and safety SOPs and best practices, ensuring consistent processes across divisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field (required).
- Minimum five (5) years of Workers’ Compensation experience in multi-state operations (required).
- Strong understanding of WC regulations, OSHA standards, and compliance.
