Job Description
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver complex projects — including ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and integration efforts — on time and within scope. Manage project governance, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, communication plans, and executive reporting. Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
