The Supporter Care Business Analyst II supports the Supporter Care Leadership Team (SCLT) by analyzing department operations, synthesizing data, defining business needs, and proposing solutions that enhance service delivery and supporter experience. This role focuses on evaluating processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, translating stakeholder requirements, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the Supporter Care function.
