Job Description

The Business Operations Associate & Event Planner is a dual-role position that ensures seamless internal operations while planning and executing impactful company events. This individual will provide administrative and logistical support to internal teams, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and lead the execution of employee engagement activities, retreats, and company-wide events. Responsibilities include operational support such as assisting with internal process documentation and coordinating technology access for new hires. Event planning responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing company-wide events, developing event timelines and budgets, and coordinating logistics such as venues and travel. The role also involves maintaining Slack channels and other internal collaboration tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements include experience in managing large-scale events, strong tech experience, and excellent communication skills.
