Job Description
As a Staff DevOps Engineer at Figure, you will be pivotal in architecting, building, and scaling our cloud infrastructure and developer-focused platform tools. We’re looking for a curious, innovative, and collaborative engineer to help power the next generation of our direct-to-consumer financial products and drive meaningful change in the industry. Help improve how we work by finding and fixing what’s slowing us down and the organization down and make life easier for our engineers by building new features and services for our internal platforms.
Tackle problems with innovative ideas, focusing on steady, iterative progress. Take the lead on cross-team projects that significantly impact the business. Support and mentor junior engineers while setting a solid example and actively participate in on-call rotations and our Slack support channel.
