Clinical Success Manager

About the Role:

• Combine clinical expertise with customer-facing skills to train and support clinics across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and install automation solutions, guide onboarding, and provide ongoing training.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address complex customer challenges.
• Gather feedback and insights to inform product development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical treatment planning experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills, with fluency in English and Italian/German.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer meetings and industry events.
