Primary Function:
- Work closely with Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects.
- Train to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties.
- Support a specific region by maximizing installed system utilization through demonstrations and sales activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide case support by guiding surgical teams on da Vinci Surgical System use.
- Lead product demonstrations and in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Contribute to quarterly sales goals through influence behavior change and selling activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or several years relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and German, and ability to travel up to 70%.
- Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
