Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and return voicemails from members.
- Troubleshoot prescription-related issues.
- Coordinate with providers’ offices and pharmacies to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license/certification preferred.
- Experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare customer service environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication terminology.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in navigating systems such as ticketing platforms or pharmacy software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
