About the Role:
- Guide, support, and advocate for service members, veterans, and their families on their journey to civilian employment.
- Provide personalized career services and connect clients to valuable resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients build effective resumes, prepare for interviews, and develop job search strategies.
- Track progress and maintain accurate case documentation using Salesforce.
- Stay connected with clients after training to encourage lasting success.
Employer & Community Engagement:
- Partner with employers to promote job opportunities and advocate for client placement.
- Represent OJRV at hiring events and community meetings.
- Share client resumes and facilitate introductions to potential employers.
