Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Engineer I to become a valuable part of our team. As a Systems Engineer I, you will be responsible for effectively managing and resolving technical issues while delivering outstanding support to both our users and developers. Your primary role will involve diligently managing the support ticket queue, ensuring that issues are prioritized and resolved promptly in accordance with SLA delivery targets and available resources.
You will assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems and escalations stemming from incoming requests and incidents. This includes researching and diagnosing technical issues for our application toolset. Further responsibilities include performing administrative tasks and server maintenance using CLI on Atlassian tools, upgrading products to keep systems up to date, supporting developers using Gen AI tools, and continuously monitoring the health of applications for optimal performance.
