We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Systems Engineer I to join our team. You will manage and resolve technical issues efficiently while providing exceptional support to our users and developers, reporting to the Cloud Enablement Operations Lead. Responsibilities include managing the support ticket queue, troubleshooting technical problems, conducting research to diagnose issues, performing administrative tasks on Atlassian tools, assisting with product upgrades, supporting Gen AI tools, and monitoring application health.
