About the Role:
- Split time between building core product and delivering to customers.
- Work at intersection of software engineering, product development, customer delivery, and operational execution.
- Move quickly from discovery to deployment while maintaining engineering discipline.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Build and deploy AI-enabled applications using techniques like RAG, guardrails, and evals.
- Own delivery from prototype to production, integrating with customer systems.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Ability to apply AI/ML techniques including LLM approaches.
- Strong debugging instincts and technical communication skills.
