Job Description

This role involves developing, maintaining, and reporting on the GTM KPI suite and dashboards, covering sales cycle, stage conversion, demo/trial conversions, win/loss, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy. Responsibilities include providing sales productivity insights, establishing recurring analysis of pipeline/forecast analytics, and building driver-based models linking Sales and Marketing funnel inputs to bookings, ARR, and recognised revenue. The role requires delivering robust GRR/NRR, logo/ARR churn, contraction/expansion, renewal pipeline visibility, and cohort reporting used in monthly business reviews. The candidate will work with Sales Ops/CRM Admin on data design (fields & hierarchies) and validation rules. Additionally, the role supports building the annual operating budget and running quarterly reviews, along with preparing monthly board packs.
