Senior Vice President, Debt Origination, CRE Capital Markets

Role Summary:

• Run the full sales and execution cycle for debt and structured finance.
• Source opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and lenders.
• Drive deals from first call to close with hands-on support.

Key Focus Areas:

• Expand and deepen relationships with borrowers, lenders, and investors.
• Lead full-cycle placement including structuring, underwriting, and closing.
• Utilize technology and data tools to accelerate deal execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 4+ years in commercial real estate capital markets on the debt side.
• Proven track record closing institutional transactions of $15M+ individually.
