• Originate institutional borrow demand across collateralized lending, trading, and structured credit products from prime brokerages, trading firms, and asset-backed lending partners.
• Build the borrower pipeline across three segments: unique-market-access counterparties, committed-supply-at-scale borrowers, and KYC-gated counterparties.
• Structure and close term sheets, negotiating rate, term, size, and collateral, and coordinate KYC and onboarding through to close.
