Provide technical assistance to staff and stakeholders, coordinating and leading meetings to document business operations and user needs.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, identify and document software defects, and coordinate solutions with the technical lead.
Work independently with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

8+ years in planning, leading, and gathering business and functional requirements with business and technical groups.
8+ years developing business process maps and performing fit-gap analyses.
8+ years facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions in a remote environment.
8+ years preparing and executing test plans, and leading testing activities.
Preferred: 4 years of State of Texas experience.
