Responsibilities:
- Work with implementation manager to create requirement documents for functional design of enterprise solutions.
- Assist in implementation, including requirement gathering, UAT testing, and change requests.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions aligned with Onit's platform.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
