Collaborate with Michigan courts, JIS staff, and stakeholders to understand court processes and document requirements.
Research and document court workflows across Michigan trial courts.
Facilitate requirements elicitation through interviews, site visits, and meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, or related field.
Experience with Michigan trial court system and business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
Knowledge of Agile development practices and business analysis methodologies.
