Business Analyst, Technical Enablement

Accountabilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for client accounts, managing communication and deliverables.
• Lead client discovery sessions to gather and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications for technical teams.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or client-facing consulting role within SaaS or fintech.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and translate requirements into specifications.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
