Senior Analyst - Payor

The Senior Analyst will independently lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives supporting Payor Operations, and design, maintain, and improve data structures and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and scalability. They will also develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making. The candidate will be a strategic thought partner to the Payor team, advising on data-driven strategies and surfacing key performance drivers. They will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the analytics function and broader business. They will also stay current with analytics tools and industry best practices to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and outputs.
