Job Description
Infrastructure & Operations: Own the lifecycle of Omada’s core IT infrastructure ensuring systems are designed for scalability and security. Automate and improve operational resilience using AI solutions. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and maintain operational standards.
Cross-functional Partnership & Services: Partner with Security, Compliance, and Engineering to align infrastructure capabilities with organizational needs. Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure infrastructure systems meet HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and SOX requirements. Contribute to the vendor onboarding and renewal process for infrastructure-owned applications.
What Great Looks Like: Demonstrates expertise across identity, networking, automation, and core SaaS platforms. Leads initiatives with minimal direction, ensuring on-time delivery. Builds cross-functional relationships across IT, Security, and Compliance.
