Technical Account Manager

Role Overview:

• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, providing technical guidance on architecture, implementation, and scalability.
• Lead technical conversations with curiosity, helping customers build solid business cases.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and hands-on training to make complex topics clear.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in operations research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, including around 3 years in optimization or data science.
• Proficiency in at least two Gurobi API languages (C, C++, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET) and basic IT/software engineering knowledge.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote role, with travel approximately 1-2 times per month.
• Participation in global meetings, sometimes at odd hours.
