Responsibilities:
- Manage technical staff within the Facade and Local Law Unit.
- Assign, coordinate, and manage workload of technical staff.
- Provide technical advice to senior management and public entities.
Plan Examination:
- Examine plans for the construction, alteration or repair of buildings.
- Review Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) compliance reports.
- Prepare a list of objections in accordance with Construction Code.
Additional Tasks:
- Perform audits/background investigation of design professionals.
- Issue violations and commissioner's orders to owners and professionals.
- Coordinate the processing of all reports with the administrative team.
