Responsibilities:
- Examine and review plans for building repairs.
- Review Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) reports.
- Prepare objections in accordance with Construction Code.
Requirements:
- Valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License or Architect Registration.
- Years of full-time experience in architecture or civil engineering.
- Or, a Master's degree or higher in civil engineering or architecture.
Additional Information:
- Candidates may be considered in civil service titles: Architect, Civil Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer.
- Selected candidates will be placed in Assignment Level 1.
- Position may be eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.
