Job Description
As a Billing Analyst, you will monitor customer contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and integrate billing information amongst and between financial systems. Generating and issuing invoices to clients, tracking outstanding invoices, and following up on payments is crucial. Collaboration with the sales team will confirm invoice accuracy and resolve any disputes. Processing and posting customer payments efficiently while reconciling work keeps the company financially sound.
You will resolve payment discrepancies and disputes, thereby safeguarding the company's financial interests. Ensuring compliance with revenue recognition principles and internal policies, along with confirming the accuracy of revenue reports for financial statements, is essential. This role also involves collaborating with various teams to resolve revenue-related issues and manage revenue entries and reconciliations in NetSuite, alongside reviewing and approving revenue recognition schedules generated by Tabs and conducting regular system audits to uphold data integrity within these systems.
