As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our solutions. You will drive innovation, ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and deliver software that meets the highest standards of quality and performance across the lifecycle of all of Inspiren’s devices and platforms.

As a Staff Engineer, serve as a technical leader and force multiplier, tackling critical architectural challenges in data modeling, APIs, and platform scalability impacting the ability to scale, accelerate engineering velocity, and establish a culture of technical and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in a foundational architectural shift as we expand from acute care into assisted and independent living collaborating closely with product, design, infrastructure, ML, and QA.

As a DevOps Engineer at Inspiren, you'll play a pivotal role in the design, deployment, and operation of our cloud-based infrastructure. You'll drive automation, reliability, and security across CI/CD pipelines, serverless workloads, and edge services. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to accelerate feature delivery, optimize costs, and support continued rapid growth, all while ensuring 24/7 reliability and observability.
