We’re looking for a Training Associate to execute our customer-facing training programs. Reporting to the Director of Training, this role will execute our internal and external training initiatives, support the execution of the Inspiren Training Center of Excellence, and ensure consistent and effective education throughout the customer journey. You will be instrumental in delivering training content, driving customer engagement and ensuring product adoption. This role requires 70-75% travel.

As a SDR at Inspiren, you’ll play a key role in building the pipeline that powers our next stage of growth, connecting with senior living operators to demonstrate how Inspiren can improve their communities. The Director of Enterprise Accounts will have accountability for the success of Inspiren’s enterprise accounts, responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise account strategy. They will monitor performance against the account strategy and identify opportunities for growth and expansion of Inspiren’s products and services. Success in this role will be measured by adoption and utilization of Inspiren products, attainment of outcomes and ROI, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. The Director will report to the Executive Team Head of Client Success.

Play a critical role in supporting healthcare organizations in adopting and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) for AUGi. You will participate in the onboarding process for new healthcare organizations, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and support healthcare organizations in achieving significant results.

Fill a vital role in enhancing our financial infrastructure during a dynamic phase of growth. This project will help lead the completion of our overall tech stack implementation and complete the transition away from an out-sourced finance function to an internal one. You'll craft and refine processes for a better financial close, with an emphasis on meaningful reporting and actionable analysis. you'll collaborate with diverse teams to build a robust foundation for our expanding company.
