Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight of programs, projects, and task orders within the assigned customer portfolio.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and customer expectations.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with customer leadership.
Personnel Management:
- Serve as first-line supervisor, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and complete performance evaluations.
- Support employee retention and career growth.
Account Growth and Financial Management:
- Develop and execute account growth strategy, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and utilization.
- Oversee contract compliance and administrative requirements.
