Responsibilities:
- Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
- Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, and pricing models for derivatives.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and new feature launches.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and Options.
- Technical or quantitative background in CS, Financial Engineering, or Math.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders.
