Access & Reimbursement Manager

Summary:

• This field-based role serves as a dedicated access and reimbursement resource within an assigned territory.
• The ARM will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities supporting appropriate patient access, including education on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Conduct in-person customer visits and participate in client and internal team meetings.
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer policy and access barriers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales (Specialty or Biologics).
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience; cardiovascular/cardiology experience a plus.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per week with overnights.

Location and Travel:

• Remote role based in San Francisco, CA, with travel required within the territory.
• Must reside within the assigned geography and have a valid driver's license.
