Responsibilities:
- Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement through AbbVie tools.
- Develop relationships with providers and communicate with internal teams like FRMs and sales.
- Identify payer trends and report to patient services and market access teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or access and reimbursement.
- Strong understanding of payer policies, coding, and prior authorization processes.
