Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers to educate healthcare providers on patient access programs.
- Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance and provide coaching based on strategic imperatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliant program execution.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and market access for immunology products.
- 2+ years in a leadership role with proven team development success.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, D reimbursement and specialty drug distribution.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of USD 141,500 to USD 268,500.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
