Provide 12–14 hours of weekly instructional activity per course, including discussion facilitation and grading.
Maintain a 48-hour response time for student and colleague communications.

Accountabilities:

Apply the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education, including active learning and prompt feedback.
Monitor student academic progress and conduct retention outreach to support success.
Maintain accurate grade books, evaluate work against rubrics, and provide individualized feedback.

Qualifications and Development:

Master’s degree in Social Work or Human Services required; PhD preferred with 2+ years of online teaching experience.
Participate in required faculty meetings, professional development, and workshops to stay current.
Collaborate with academic leadership to improve courses and contribute subject-matter expertise.
